These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Member", "Player", or "you") and peta77 (the "Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering for, or using the peta77 platform at https://peta77.cam, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Account" means the individual user account created when you register on the peta77 platform, containing your personal information, transaction history, and account balance.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in your Account at any given time, including deposited funds, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds, minus any pending withdrawals.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by you on the outcome of a sporting event, casino game, togel draw, or other gaming product offered on the peta77 platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive provided to you by peta77, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as detailed in the applicable promotion.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds from your personal bank account, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency wallet into your peta77 Account Balance.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from your peta77 Account Balance to your designated bank account, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency wallet.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process whereby you provide documentation (government-issued ID, proof of address, and/or other documents) to confirm your identity and age.
• "IDR" or "Rupiah" means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an Account on peta77, you represent and warrant that you have carefully read and fully understand this Agreement. You further acknowledge that you are entering into this Agreement voluntarily and that no undue influence, misrepresentation, or coercion has been exerted upon you. Your continued use of the peta77 platform following any modification to these Terms and Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of such modifications.

peta77 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email notification or prominent on-site announcement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using the Service immediately and may request closure of your Account by contacting our support team.

3. Eligibility

To register for and use the peta77 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater. peta77 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any funds.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are registering on behalf of any entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
• Geographic Restrictions: The peta77 platform is primarily intended for residents of Indonesia. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws. peta77 does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• No Prior Exclusion: You must not have previously self-excluded from peta77 or any affiliated platform, nor been permanently banned for violation of terms, fraudulent activity, or other misconduct. If you have self-excluded, you may not create a new Account until the exclusion period has expired.
• One Account per Person: You are permitted to hold only one Account with peta77. Multiple Accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. If peta77 detects that you have opened or are operating more than one Account, all Accounts will be suspended, and any funds and winnings may be forfeited at our sole discretion.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account on peta77, you must complete the online registration form, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

4.2 Username and Password

During registration, you will create a username and password for your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Never share your username or password with any third party;
• Immediately notify peta77 support if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach.

peta77 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any such request should be immediately reported to our security team.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

peta77 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our regulatory obligations and internal security policies, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A clear, legible copy of your government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence) dated within the last three months;
• Payment method verification (bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot, or cryptocurrency wallet address confirmation);
• Selfie or video verification to confirm that the individual registering matches the submitted ID documents.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by peta77 may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your Account, including restrictions on deposits, wagering, and withdrawals. All pending withdrawals will be held until verification is successfully completed.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

peta77 supports multiple deposit methods to accommodate the preferences of Indonesian players, including:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and other major Indonesian banks.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH).

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or cryptocurrency equivalent. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account status (VIP tier). Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance within 5 to 15 minutes, though bank transfer processing times may vary depending on your bank's internal procedures.

peta77 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may impose transaction fees or charges, which are your sole responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed);
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and e-wallets, and equivalent amounts for cryptocurrency;
• peta77 aims to process most withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes during business hours (WIB), though processing times may be longer during peak periods, weekends, public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day), or if additional security checks are required.

peta77 reserves the right to impose reasonable withdrawal limits based on your Account history, VIP status, and risk management procedures. Unusually large withdrawal requests may require additional verification and may be processed in installments at our discretion.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

peta77 is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1× turnover requirement) before the corresponding amount can be withdrawn. This requirement applies to all payment methods. Attempts to use the platform solely for money transfer purposes, without genuine gaming activity, will result in immediate Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

peta77 offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, which are displayed on the promotion page and must be read carefully before participation.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as "playthrough requirements" or "rollover requirements") before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30× wagering requirement" means you must place bets totaling 30 times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted).

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute less (e.g., 10%–20%) or may be excluded entirely. Full contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

peta77 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts in cases of bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times;
• Coordinated betting (also known as "opposite betting") with other players to guarantee profits from bonus funds;
• Irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements (e.g., placing one large bet to meet turnover, then withdrawing immediately);
• Using any software, bot, or automated system to claim or clear bonuses.

All bonus decisions are made at the sole discretion of peta77 management, and our decisions are final.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on peta77 are governed by the following general rules, in addition to sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform:

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered valid only when it has been confirmed by the peta77 system and a unique bet ID has been generated. You are responsible for verifying that your bet was accepted before the event commences. peta77 is not liable for bets that were not successfully placed due to technical issues, network errors, or user error.

7.2 Odds and Line Changes

All odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is placed. Once a bet is accepted, the odds are locked and will not be adjusted retroactively, except in cases of obvious error (also known as "palpable error"), in which case peta77 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake.

7.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sporting event is canceled, postponed, or abandoned, bet settlement will be determined according to the specific sport's rules. In general:

• Bets on canceled or postponed events that are not rescheduled within 48 hours will be voided and stakes refunded;
• Bets on events that are rescheduled and played within 48 hours remain valid;
• Live (in-play) bets placed after an event has been abandoned may be voided unless the outcome has already been determined.

7.4 Settlement of Bets

peta77 will settle all bets as quickly as possible after the conclusion of an event, typically within minutes for automated settlements (football, basketball, esports) and within a few hours for events requiring manual verification. In the case of disputes or uncertain outcomes, settlement may be delayed pending official confirmation from the relevant sports governing body.

Once a bet is settled, the result is considered final. peta77 reserves the right to correct settlement errors (such as bets incorrectly settled as winners) for up to 30 days following the original settlement.

8. User Conduct

By using the peta77 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false information during registration, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in any form of fraud or deception;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes, share account information, or exploit bonuses;
• Use of Bots or Automation: Using any software, script, bot, or automated tool to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform;
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing peta77 staff or other users via live chat, email, or any other communication channel;
• Exploitation of Errors: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches for personal gain;
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.

Violation of these conduct rules will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, peta77, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical malfunctions;
• Third-party actions, including payment processor delays or failures;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials;
• Changes to odds, lines, or rules; cancellation or voiding of bets;
• Any claim arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

In no event shall peta77's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds deposited into your Account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with peta77 regarding any aspect of the Service, you must first contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] or live chat. Our support team will investigate your complaint and respond within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

If the dispute cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our management team by requesting a formal review. All decisions made by peta77 management are final and binding.

By using the peta77 platform, you agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against peta77.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your Account Balance (subject to any applicable wagering requirements). Once your Account is closed, you will no longer have access to your transaction history, and the closure is permanent unless you request reactivation in writing.

11.2 Termination by peta77

peta77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• You fail to respond to KYC requests within the specified timeframe;
• We determine, in our sole discretion, that your continued use of the platform poses a risk to peta77, other users, or the integrity of our games.

Upon termination, any remaining Account Balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you, minus any amounts owed to peta77 for chargebacks, fees, or other liabilities.

12. Changes to Terms

peta77 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be announced via email notification, on-site banner, or a prominent notice on the homepage. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
